Kenwood Place Condominium is a 174 unit building located in the Kenwood neighborhood of Bethesda, Maryland. KPC has a beautiful lobby and well kept grounds with a Magnolia garden,fitness center, party room, rooftop sundeck and a pool. 

 

The front desk typically operates from 7 am to 10 pm weekdays & 10 am to 6 pm Saturday & Sundays  There are 3 laundry rooms on every floor, as well as storage and trash rooms.
